Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations. You’ll greet guests, manage calls, schedule appointments, and handle administrative duties to maintain a professional and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming environment.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Manage visitor sign-in and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
  • Coordinate with staff and departments to assist visitors and ensure smooth communication.

Schedule Options

8 Hour Shift

Standard full-time schedule

Day Shift

Morning to evening coverage

Monday to Friday

Regular weekday operations

Occasional Weekend Support

As required by office operations
