Job Description
H&D Recruitment is hiring Door-to-Door Sales Executives to promote Home Improvement Products (Doors, Windows & Conservatories) in residential and commercial areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers door-to-door and promote home improvement products
- Deliver confident and persuasive product presentations
- Generate and submit qualified leads
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Smart Black Dress (mandatory)
- Previous door-to-door or field sales experience is an advantage
Working Timings
Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: 10 door knocking + 5 leaflet distribution
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: 10 door knocking + 5 leaflet distribution
Friday Timing
- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM door knocking + leaflet distribution
Saturday & Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: 10 door knocking + 10 leaflet distribution
