Job Description
H&D Recruitment is currently looking for PIT Officers to manage front-of-stage and high-density crowd areas at live events. This role is essential in maintaining crowd safety, monitoring audience behaviour, and responding to incidents quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crowd safety and behaviour at front-of-stage and high-density areas
- Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies
- Maintain a professional, calm, and confident presence in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure smooth event operations
- Monitor and control audience behaviour to prevent disturbances
Requirements
- Strong communication and crowd-control skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Previous event security or stewarding experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
