Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Van Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods to various locations, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time. You will follow traffic laws and safety protocols while operating the company vehicle, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company van to safely transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure and organized delivery
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining schedules and customer satisfaction
- Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation
- Coordinate with the logistics team for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver or in a similar logistics role is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight delivery schedules
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to road laws
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and checks
