We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Daily Package Dispatch (DPD) team member to join our logistics department. This role involves preparing and dispatching parcels, ensuring all packages are scanned, sorted, and labelled accurately. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our daily operations, contributing to smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and sort parcels for daily dispatch
- Label packages accurately according to dispatch instructions
- Ensure packages are ready for timely dispatch
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels as needed
- Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse dispatch is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parcels
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Basic computer skills to assist with scanning and labelling
