Picker and Packer

H&D Recruitment is currently looking for Pickers and Packers to join our warehouse team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations by picking, packing, sorting, and preparing goods accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift small and lightweight items, picking and sorting them for storage or dispatch.
• Sort and place materials and items onto racks and shelves.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or collection according to schedule.
• Carry out inventory control using scanners or computer systems.
• Perform stock counting and location checks.
• Move and store products in the correct warehouse areas.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently while working to set targets.
• Use computer systems to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and follow company procedures at all times.

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to carry out lifting and warehouse duties.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
