Job Description
H&D Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Head Housekeepers to lead housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and a welcoming environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise room cleaning, conduct inspections and audits, and support the housekeeping team
- Ensure all rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all assigned areas
- Drive and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
- Ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and used correctly
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior role within a hotel
- Strong ability to follow and implement procedures effectively
- Positive, professional attitude with strong leadership qualities
- Basic English communication skills are desirable

10-Hour Shift
Extended daily housekeeping duties
8-Hour Shift
Standard daily schedule
5 to 6 Days per Week
Including weekends and public holidays
