Job Description

H&D Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Office Administrators to oversee warehouse and office operations while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing items
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipments and replacements
  • Ensure warehouse staff follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks including ordering supplies and managing storage needs
  • Review reports to identify supply or quality issues and liaise with suppliers
  • Arrange deliveries with shipping companies for customer orders
  • Communicate order status to customers via email or phone

10 Hour Shift

Extended daily operations

8 Hour Shift

Standard full-time schedule

Day Shift

Morning to evening work

Monday to Friday

Weekday operations
