Job Description
H&D Recruitment is seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to support our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and assisting with food prep tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas to hygiene standards
- Wash and store cooking appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
- Assist the Cook with meal ingredient preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, chopping)
- Sweep, mop, and wipe down kitchen surfaces and walls
- Assist with unloading food supplies and organizing storage areas
- Organize and correctly store food supplies in the kitchen
- Transfer meal ingredients from storage to the kitchen as per Cook’s instructions
- Stir and heat soups, sauces, and prepare hot beverages
- Quickly wash all cooking tools and utensils
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with food prep tasks
Pre-Requisites
- Physical mobility and stamina required
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness
- Professional attitude at all times
- Ability to work independently

Extended daily kitchen duties

Standard full-time schedule
