Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist / Executive to join our dynamic team. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across phone, email, and chat support. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyse issues and provide effective solutions in a positive and professional manner
  • Carry out accurate data entry and update customer records
  • Work closely with team members to resolve complex cases
  • Stay up to date with company products and services to provide informed support
  • Assist in developing service protocols and best practices
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve service quality

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English. Multilingual skills are desirable
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing and resolving problems
  • Accurate data entry skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with office software for managing documentation
  • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
