Job Description
H&D Recruitment is hiring Luggage Porters to support guest services in hospitality locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, greeting them on arrival and escorting to rooms
- Manage luggage storage and ensure items are delivered promptly to designated areas
- Maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude towards all guests
- Support front-desk operations when required, including assisting with guest inquiries
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to carry heavy luggage and remain physically active throughout the shift
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to assist and make guests feel welcome
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and evenings
