Job Description

H&D Recruitment is hiring Returns Assistants to manage returned goods, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect returned items for damage or defects
  • Update records for returns, exchanges, or refunds in the system
  • Process refunds or exchanges for customers as per company policies
  • Ensure returned items are correctly stored or prepared for re-dispatch
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by processing returns efficiently and accurately

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing returns
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service during return processes
  • Familiarity with return processes, stock management, and documentation systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
