Job Description
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, offering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations when requested.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glasses and utensils.
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor customers’ alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
