Job Description
H&D Recruitment is currently looking for Concierge professionals to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional first impression at all times
- Manage enquiries efficiently and provide accurate information about the premises and local area
- Arrange transport, bookings, and reservations as requested by guests and residents
- Handle visitor access, record entries where required, and help maintain a welcoming and secure environment
- Coordinate multiple requests with discretion, prioritising tasks while maintaining service standards

- Excellent communication skills with a confident and polite manner
- Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
- Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends and evenings
