Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist / Executive to join our dynamic team. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across phone, email, and chat support. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyse issues and provide effective solutions with a positive approach
  • Perform accurate data entry and update customer records
  • Work with team members to resolve complex cases
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed support
  • Assist in creating service protocols and best practices
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are desirable
  • Experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills for clear and effective articulation
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing and solving problems
  • Accurate data entry and efficient multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office software for managing documentation
  • Strong commitment to client service and relationship building
