Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Analyse issues and provide effective solutions in a positive and professional manner
- Carry out accurate data entry and update customer records
- Work closely with team members to resolve complex cases
- Stay up to date with company products and services to provide informed support
- Assist in developing service protocols and best practices
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve service quality
Requirements
- Proficiency in English. Multilingual skills are desirable
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing and resolving problems
- Accurate data entry skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Familiarity with office software for managing documentation
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
