Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Daily Package Dispatch (DPD) team member to join our logistics department. This role involves preparing and dispatching parcels, ensuring that all packages are scanned, sorted and labelled accurately. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and helping to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and sort parcels for daily dispatch
- Label packages accurately according to dispatch instructions
- Ensure packages are prepared for timely dispatch
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels as required
- Work closely with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse dispatch is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling parcels
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A good team player with strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills to support scanning and labelling tasks
