Job Description
H&D Recruitment is currently looking for Fire Marshals to oversee fire safety at events and venues. This role focuses on fire prevention, monitoring risks, and coordinating evacuations to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fire safety and prevention across event sites
- Monitor fire risks and ensure safety protocols are in place
- Coordinate evacuations efficiently and calmly in emergencies
- Maintain awareness of fire regulations and safety standards
- Complete reports and record any hazards or incidents
Requirements
- Fire Marshal or Fire Safety certification (preferred or willingness to train)
- Excellent communication and crowd-management skills
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Previous event or security experience is advantageous
