Job Description

H&D Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Office Administrators to oversee warehouse and office operations while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing items.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipments and replacements.
  • Ensure warehouse staff follow company policies and safety procedures.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and managing storage requirements.
  • Review reports to identify supply or quality issues and liaise with suppliers.
  • Arrange deliveries with shipping companies for customer orders.
  • Communicate order status to customers by email or phone.
