Job Description

H&D Recruitment is currently seeking professional Receptionists to manage front desk operations and deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Manage and operate the company’s OPERA system
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Additional Requirements

  • Experience using the OPERA system
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanour

10-Hour Shift

Extended daily schedule

8-Hour Shift

Standard work schedule
