Job Description
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by carrying out cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
- Replace linen, towels, and amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management for prompt resolution.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, tea and coffee, and minibar items to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lounges, and lifts.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist with laundry duties when required to support the team.
