Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations. You’ll greet guests, manage calls, schedule appointments, and handle administrative duties to maintain a professional and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage visitor sign-in and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
- Coordinate with staff and departments to assist visitors and ensure smooth communication.
