Key Responsibilities

• Have a valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Compulsory)
• Be reliable, well-presented, and have excellent communication skills
• Own transport is advantageous
• Must have a valid Passport
• Experience in event security or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
• Physical fitness and stamina for long shifts
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Requirements

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Advanced training in conflict resolution or crisis management
• Familiarity with event venues and local regulations
