Job Description
H&D Recruitment is seeking professional and attentive Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring table standards are met, and supporting smooth dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend mandatory pre-shift briefings before service
- Meet, greet, and serve guests with exemplary service
- Ensure table appearance meets set standards
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items
- Follow accounting procedures for closing checks
- Keep waiter stations clean; complete opening & closing duties
- Clear dishes and glasses from tables for cleaning
- Perform side work: stock service areas with food, tableware, linens
- Attend mandatory food and beverage training classes
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand and serve during shifts
- Flexibility with shift schedules (day & evening)
