Job Description
H&D Recruitment is seeking professional and attentive Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring table standards are maintained, and supporting smooth dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend mandatory pre-shift briefings before service
- Welcome and serve guests with a high standard of service
- Ensure table presentation meets required standards
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items
- Follow correct procedures when processing and closing bills
- Keep service stations clean and complete opening and closing duties
- Clear dishes and glassware from tables for cleaning
- Carry out side duties, including stocking service areas with food, tableware, and linens
- Attend required food and beverage training sessions
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet during shifts
- Flexible availability for shift patterns, including daytime and evening work
